STEPS FOR OPENING YOUR POOL:

  1. REMOVAL OF WATER AND DEBRIS FROM POOL COVER UPTO 30 MINUTES. (Additional time needed for removal of water or debris is billable at $50.00 per 1/2 hour)
  2. REMOVE COVER AND WATER BAGS.
  3. APPLY COVER CLEANER & DEODORIZER (solid cover) AND FOLD.
  4. ASSEMBLE FILTER, HEATER, Pump, CHLORINATOR, POOL SWEEP, etc.
  5. CHECK FILTER, Pump, CLEANER, AND ELECTRONIC CONTROLS FOR PROPER OPERATION. (Any necessary repairs will be billed separately at a rate of $95.00 per hour plus parts needed per customer's prior approval.)
  6. ASSEMBLE DECK EQUIPMENT, DIVING BOARD, LADDERS, etc.
  7. VACUUM POOL FOR 30 MINUTES ONLY. * If pool water is very dirty or green, we will not vacuum. Your pool will be chemically treated.
    "Please note that we can reschedule a convenient time to return to vacuum and finish pool opening at an additional cost.
  8. COMPUTERIZED WATER ANALYSIS. A water sample will be taken to the store for analysis. Balancing chemicals are available for sale at our retail store. Please allow 24 hours for water test results.
  9. SUPER CHLORINATE POOL.
  10. LOOP-LOC and mesh safety covers will be blown off, folded and stored in customer supplied storage bag. Deck anchors will be lowered into deck surface.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • A 2-1/2 HOUR TIME LIMIT PER POOL OPENING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Charge of $50.00 every half hour after.
  • THE CHARGE FOR EXTRA TIME SPENT TO REMOVE WATER AND DEBRIS FROM COVER OR EXTRA VACUUMING IS $50.00 PER HALF HOUR.
  • ASSEMBLY OF CARETAKER OR ANY IN FLOOR CLEANING SYSTEM IS $25.00 PER UNIT.
  • REASSEMBLE MOTORS $25.00 EACH.
  • PUT SOLAR COVER ON POOL $25.00.
  • INSTALL SOLAR COVER TO CUSTOMERS SOLAR REEL $25.00.
  • ATTACHED SPAS $25.00. •WATERFALLS $25.00 EACH.
  • BONUS! RECEIVE 20% OFF ALL CHEMICALS PURCHASED AND DELIVERED AT OPENING. PLEASE PLACE CHEMICAL ORDER WHEN SCHEDULING POOL OPENING.

Please remove water and debris from the cover prior to your pool opening.
PLEASE RAISE WATER LEVEL OF POOL TO TOP OF SKIMMER & TILE LINE.
Place all equipment, skimmer baskets, plus, etc., by the filter.

Strictly enforced opening policy: MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card numbers will be taken at the time you schedule your pool open¬ing or any other service call. All openings will be charged to credit card, unless payment has been made prior to commencement of work.

All openings will be scheduled in the order in which we receive them and on Mondays-Fridays ONLY. Saturdays are for rainy-day make ups, service repair and emergencies.
